Well I cant really speak on why a person can be so obsessive because each case is unique but I dont think stalking is cool at all. I think it should be taking very serious and reported to the authorities.

trust me, a obsessive individual like i had in my case didn´t care about the " authorities " here in germany at all but indeed agreed, serious!
